I contacted Septic Pumping of Raleigh on the Monday before Thanksgiving. I talked to a dispatcher on the third ring! Due to the short business week I thought I would be out of luck. I told the dispatcher I am off on Tuesdays and the dispatcher asked if 8:45 was too early in the morning. Score! Only one day without showers! I was texted a picture of the technician on Monday and on Tuesday was called 30 minutes before the appointment. Our technician's name was Chris Voyles. He provided expert service and was prompt and professional. He walked me through every step of the process and gave me a short lesson on how my septic tank "works". He was done and cleaned up in 45 minutes. Septic Pumping of Raleigh and Chris Voyles made the Watson family's Thanksgiving possible.
Chris and Mike were fantastic! Very professional. They took the time to explain what they need to do to repair my septic tank prior to them proceeding with the work. Highly recommend using them.

As someone new to septic tanks with little knowledge, I had apprehensions about who to hire and what to expect. I was glad that Chris Voyles came out for Septic Pumping of Raleigh. He was very knowledgeable and informative. It was apparent that customer service was a strong point of his. He took great steps to ensure that I, as a customer, understood the issue and was happy with the results. Adam and Mike helped us today. Two very nice guys! They were professional and patiently answered all our questions. They clearly explained everything that needed to be done, taught us how our system works and showed us how we can maintain it to prevent future problems. They were very good natured and dug quite a bit in very hard clay soil without complaining.
Chris and the other guy (James I think) were excellent, thank goodness they came right out and explained the whole process to me step-by-step. They did a great job discovering the problem and explaining to me how and why this may have happened and most importantly how to fix it. Also, continued answering all my questions of cost. I was very pleased with how professional he was and appreciate him telling me how to take care of our system going forward. These guys were great and we will be calling them again. Thank you, Becky
Steve did a great job pumping the septic tank. He was very professional, took the time to explain everything clearly. He was very helpful aswering all my questions before starting work and was able to provide the full cost in advance. I am very pleased with their septic service, and will definitely use Septic Plumbing of Raleigh in the future.
We had our septic tank pumped today. Justin and Josh from Septic Pumping of Raleigh were amazing and very professional explained everything and they didn`t give up untill the problem was fixed. I will highly recommend this septic service company to our family and friends.
